I live at the intersection of organizational change and marketing and am the founder of Visceral Business.
Visceral Business is an approach to business and how organizations develop that's focused on enabling them to make meaningful connections with audiences that move people.
What do you do, mostly?
I help organizations and people to make the most of their intangible assets through strategic change initiatives, brand management, leadership training, and social marketing capabilities.
What matters most in the world?
Rights now, global connectivity and the digital world mean we need to recalibrate many of the old management constructs; they are making social, political and commercial reform a very pressing issue.
If you were Prime Minister what would you do?
Move to 'profit with' instead of 'profit from' as fundamental to the social, political and commercial contracts that underpin our society and make transparency a bedrock of social justice.
What does Soft Power say to you?
That power is an organic energy derived from what we have within us, from one's ability to lead and elicit contribution as a currency, rather than by exploitation from without that's done at the expense of others.
Do you have children?
No. The population count's high enough and giving birth and touching others meaningfully can happen in many ways.
What would you like from this site?
The opportunity to connect with others to create positive and impactful change.
