Profile Information:

Describe yourself, briefly
Co-Director and Co-Founder of Downing Street Project, Founder of Authentic Living, coach, leadership development consultant. Scottish but living in London. Married to the most wonderful, sarcastic designer in the world.
What do you do, mostly?
I coach people and develop their leadership skills as the day job. I co-run DSP in my other time. I knit, love to travel, spend a lot of time on the internet and visit Starbucks a lot.
What matters most in the world?
People being free to really give what they are capable of giving.
If you were Prime Minister what would you do?
Radically transform the economy by brining in all the unpaid work carers do; radically transform how we educated our children to be whole individuals not factory workers; encourage job sharing in politics and business so both women and men can spend time with children. Lots more I'm sure.
What does Soft Power say to you?
The counterbalance to hard power and the missing part of Smart Power
Do you have children?
Not yet.
What would you like from this site?
To engage with the community.

Hi, Lee. Yes, keep me posted about a possible meeting, though I'm tentatively booked to be away that week. But I'll participate online as much as I can. Great initiative!

Sorry, Lee -- I just noticed that your launch party (April 15th) is right during Easter Break -- expect a lot of people with kids who might be enticed by this to be away! (including myself). It sort of sends the wrong message -- any chance of a reschedule of this date?

yes....not sure why it took me so long to actually join?! I may not be very active, but you know I am here and supporting your every move! x
