Describe yourself, briefly
Passionate about 'we are the change' - about men and women valuing their true natural contribution to resolve our current crisis, I am a Gender Dynamics change agent, working with men and women in business arenas across all sectors, I am a proud mother, a lively grandmother, a sister, a friend, an entrepreneur and a pioneer!
What do you do, mostly?
I enable people to reveal their true natural presence, help them overcome any situation that puts barriers in their way, and ensure teams and communites work in a healthy collaborative way. I run one-to-one executive situational coaching and group sessions on leaderships, natural talent, gender dynamics, confidence, relationships, career and life success . I love to present on stage and run lively debates.
What matters most in the world?
Bringing greater conscious awareness to individuals and communities so that we can co-create this world, parent new generations with wisdom and sustain a healthy planet! Love and compassion for our fellow travellers on what ever journey we are making is key to this!
If you were Prime Minister what would you do?
I would educate children and adults to SMILE again, to enjoy learning; and to bring trust back as a top value in our everyday way of life; and work tirelessly to ground our sense of community, family, social-economic sustainability and healthy living!
What does Soft Power say to you?
A sense of coming home...and understanding who I am as a woman, with a strong masculine energy, yet recognising that gentleness is power, compassion feeds humanity and love wil drives forward to a fair and well managed world.
Do you have children?
Two grown up children, my beautiful daughter, Gemma, and a wonderful son Ben, a son-in law Frazer and a fabulous Grandson Finlay aged 16 mths
What would you like from this site?
To contribute whatever I can and help develop a wonderful sense of community of like minded people, men and women who recognise they all have a contribution and a value to share! As President Obama says 'we are the change'.Let's make it happen now.

    I bow to the wisdom of “Love and compassion for our fellow travellers on whatever journey we are making is key to this!” As someone said, love is the glue of the universe. When that higher, transpersonal love is alive and vibrant in me, it shows up in serene, relaxed, and alert awareness, in a heightened attentive to nurture my ecosystem of fellow travelers, instead my ego-system of fears and attachments.
