attempt to change our culture to one where people are able to be aware of their own potential and have a realistic belief in its fulfillment.

What does Soft Power say to you?

Soft Power is more about getting win-win solutions as opposed to the imposition of the dominant person's / group's preferred and usually self-benefiting agenda.
