Describe yourself, briefly: I am a dynamically creative, colourful woman, facilitator, presenter, coach, musician and artist. I am passionate about personal transformation and how best we can express and share our gifts and talents with one another. I am committed to being a loving adventurer through life, taking risks and expanding both my own potential and that of every person I meet.

What do you do, mostly?: I empower people to connect creatively with life. That could be through a range of vehicles such as yoga, transformational coaching and hypnotherapy, leading creative catalyst workshops, creative chakra dance, drumming and singing or through something such as my London Art Car Parade.

What matters most in the world?: That we work co-creatively with courage and love to help one another in realising our talents and potential - the true gift of life which is ours. And in the process learn to value ourselves and our brothers and sisters, here on our own streets and across the globe.....becoming more aware and conscious of the intricate and miraculous web of life in all its forms.

If you were Prime Minister what would you do?: Gosh what a question.......and where on earth to start......But one of my first initiatives would be to focus on the media that permeates our lives and transform it from the negative, fearful, dramatic force that it it is currently, into a force and currency of inspiration, courage and vision. As a consequence I would have quotes from our greatest thinkers, from children and so called 'ordinary adults' on billboards, on television, in newspapers, on mobile phones.......

I would launch an 'Inspiration' Think and Feel Tank where I would gather 1. the lead exponents in the personal development and transformation fields, 2. the lead creatives in fashion, music, advertising, design, performance and art, 3. this generation's leading business entrepreneurs and 4. our leading educators at primary, secondary and tertiary level. I would then see how members from each group could work together to co-create and express what would really inspire them in the world and how they would execute that vision and make it a reality.

There is so much more ...I would do but I shall add another time.

What does Soft Power say to you?: Soft power for me, stands for power with, rather than power over. It requires that we honour all of life and see that everyone has something to contribute to our life....and that we in turn have something to give them. It is a dynamic connection and commitment to discovering the best in ourselves and others. It is a belief that a healthy society is a 'whole society' in which everyone has a stake and feels empowered to express and influence. Soft power is power with love.

What would you like from this site?: Fundamentally I would love to be inspired and learn from people's words and actions. I would also love to network and form co-creative partnerships and opportunities where my own gifts and wisdom can be lovingly shared and contribute to dynamic, innovative projects.

On another note, not sure the event you put up is relevant to The Downing Street Project and since the space is so tight, I'm afraid we have had to remove it. Hope you understand..
