Describe yourself, briefly

The lead consultant for Channel Four’s projects; ‘Emotional Intelligence’, ‘Relationships’ and ‘Happiness’, using her experience with business leaders of organisational change, she linked the learning from the business world with the changes people face in society today.

What do you do, mostly?

A coach to public policy level individuals and in the private sector, board members of companies such as O2 and Landrover. Working with People Brands (www.peoplebrands.com) Jane designs, coaches and facilitates innovation and culture based leadership programmes in telcos, professional services and media clients.

What matters most in the world?

social capital - and the robust communities that are the result of people cooperating and being together

get lots of women to help
