I know through my many years of working with couples that men and women can lose out in their relationship in the face of career demands and cultural and socital expectations. It seems this is an area that the media are highlighting at present with programmes such as 'Working Women'. I do quite alot of work with couples facing this dilemma via my Coachingfusion service. Perhaps there might be interest via the Downing Street network for a group on this dilemma - taking a new angle on the often misunderstood and misrepresented issue of women 'having it all' - I could offer my perspective from working with men and women faced with this dilemma.
