    Dear Leah - Very exciting to meet you today. Congratulations on your new job - what a responsibility! I met Ed M. out in India - we were both invited by the Indian government to celebrate 100 years of Satyagraha. I hear he is very supportive of the idea of balanced leadership.. but i guess you will find that out for yourself.
