Profile Information

Describe yourself, briefly
evolutionary agent and mentor
What do you do, mostly?
Learning to stay available to the evolutionary imperative, inside and outside until they both disappear, moment to moment.

Professionally, there's more to the question, here:
http://www.community-intelligence.com/node/78#George
What matters most in the world?
Contributing to the intentional evolution of our species, by connecting large fields of social innovation, and enhancing their collective consciousness, intelligence, and wisdom.

Growing more compassionate and wiser social institutions optimized for making the full development of everyone a goal of the whole. Only then will work as creative self-expression cease to be the privilege of the few. Only then shall we discover what is the real meaning of freedom.
If you were Prime Minister what would you do?
Invite participants widely respected for their wisdom to form and empower a Council of Elders.

Establish a private-public sector partnership to fund large-scale capacity building for augmenting collective intelligence (CI), locally and nationwide. One of the popular CI definitions is this: "Intelligence refers to the main cognitive powers: perception, action planning and coordination, memory, imagination and hypothesis generation, inquisitiveness and learning abilities. The expression 'collective intelligence' designates the cognitive powers of a group." (Pierre Lévy)

More CI definitions, here:

What does Soft Power say to you?
The power of resonance and attraction, which holds together the universe. It is the source of Being and the partner of Becoming.

In business and politics it is the power of holistic partnering for change across functions and stakeholder/constituency groups.
Do you have children?
Yes, a boy grown into a man whom I am proud of and cherish the friendship with.
What would you like from this site?
Being used in service of re-dressing a systemic unbalance in gender relations. That unbalance is one of the areas, in which human civilisation, as we knew it, will either break down or break through to its next stage of evolution.

Women and men, we are better together

BBC's Caludine Parrishn produced a great program on why we need more women in leadership. I've just caught the last couple of minutes of it on BBC World News. It was a beautifully crafted show. I don't know what was its title but someone with links to BBC could get in touch with them and try to get a copy of the program. It would be great to re-use in various actions and contexts of DSP.

The program featured students of the London Business School, organized into a male-only and a… Continue

I feel lucky to be alive in a time when there are fast-growing number of women and men who don’t want to bow anymore to the tyranny of the multi-millennial division of work and play.

I am… Continue

George - Wonder if you got my last message. We are about to pull together our first Mock Cabinet and wonder if you would like to be involved? Best, Indra

Thanks George for your words, I am certainly passionate about men and women being inclusive about how we transform our world... I have started a book about the various 'characters' I see about me and hope that this will invite conversation and dialogue in many situations.

I'd like to work with Chairmen and top leaders who recognise there is a new way and that women need to be involved and that the blueprint (the playing field) needs redesigning rather than re levelling!!!

Will keep in touch with my progress... is there anything we can do for you?
