I bow to the wisdom of “Love and compassion for our fellow travellers on whatever journey we are making is key to this!” As someone said, love is the glue of the universe. When that higher, transpersonal love is alive and vibrant in me, it shows up in serene, relaxed, and alert awareness, in a heightened attentive to nurture my ecosystem of fellow travelers, instead my ego-system of fears and attachments.
